How Birthday Party Booking Works

Review the available seasonal party packages, included activities, guest limits, and additional guest pricing.
Reserve Your Date
Choose an available date and package through the online booking calendar. A reservation fee is required* to hold your date and will be applied toward your party total.
Finalize Your Celebration
We will confirm your final guest count, food arrangements, available upgrades, and remaining balance before your party. The final balance will be settled directly with Valley Fruits & Veggies.

Good to Know:
Gyro favorites & sweet farm treats are available to order in advance. You may also bring outside food for an additional $50 fee.
Cake and beverages may be brought at no additional charge and are not subject to the outside-food fee.
All guests entering the activity area or reserved party space must be included in the final guest count.

Your Private Party Space
Your birthday party includes a reserved pavilion for celebrating, eating, opening gifts, and gathering with your guests.
The pavilion gives your party a comfortable home base while everyone enjoys the farm, with space for food, cake, presents, and all the little birthday moments in between.
What Happens Next
Once you reserve your date, you’ll choose your package and submit a reservation fee online.
After that, our team will help you finalize your guest count, food plans, upgrades, and remaining balance before the celebration.
