COVID-19 SAFETY UPDATE

Farming operations and pick-your-own food farms are deemed ESSENTIAL businesses during the current coronavirus pandemic. At this time, Valley Fruits & Veggies expects to remain fully operational during the regular pumpkin season while taking into consideration the following:

  • As per state guidelines employees and customers will be required to wear a mask (unless a medical condition prevents otherwise – https://www.health.pa.gov/topics/disease/coronavirus/Pages/Stop-the-Spread.aspx).
  • Our pumpkin picking fields will be closely monitored to allow all customers to comfortably maintain a 6 foot social distance while enjoying their time on the farm.
  • Hayride capacity will be adjusted to match state requirements during the pumpkin season.
  • Families and their children must stay closely together at all times. 
  • Line markers and directional signage will be updated for activities and points of purchase allowing a 6 foot distance between customers.
  • To-go containers for all food purchases will be available in addition to pre-picked pumpkins and other fall items for individuals who do not seek to ride the hayride to the field.

Are you looking for the PERFECT birthday party experience? Here at Valley Fruits & Veggies, we seek to provide you the ultimate outdoor party experience that is safe, fun, and memorable! 100% outside and under your own private party tent, plan for an awesome time on the farm! We can support parties starting at 25 guests and can accommodate groups of 50 or more.

What is included:

  • 2 hours of your own private party tent with picnic tables, electric, & royal birthday throne
  • A personal Party Host to guide you through a perfect time on the farm
  • Admission to the corn maze and children’s play area (hayride is always free)
  • One small pumpkin per child
  • Your choice to bring your own food or order from one of our exclusive party vendors for pizza, birthday cake, Rockin’ Photobooth, and more!

  • Party minimum of $375 | Non-refundable deposit due at booking of $100, non-refundable balance of $275 due September 1st | Remaining guest balance due day of party | Parties of 50+, please email us at ValleyFV@gmail.com for extra rates & details.
  • Infants/Non-walkers – Free (pumpkins are extra if desired)
  • Children (up to age 12) – $15 each (includes the children’s play area – some age limits apply, corn maze, and small pumpkin)
  • Adults (age 13 and up) – $8 (includes corn maze)
  • Additional Small Pumpkins – $2 each

Instructions for Reservations:

We are SO excited that you will be celebrating a special birthday (or moment) with us at Valley Fruits & Veggies. After you have made your deposit here, owner Deb Colitas will schedule a call with you to go over all of your party details and questions. We are always only a phone call or email away.

You will be invoiced on September 1st for the remaining minimum balance of $275 through PayPal. Remaining balance due for more party goers will be collected on the day of your event.
